When you book Behind the Scenes Video Productions for your special day, you will get a top notch film journalist, who understands the art of capturing those special moments. Someone who specializes in event vidography, mainly wedding videos. We are talented in capturing the moments as they happen, but remain discrete at the same time. We offer budget minded packages that secure your entire day, without worrying about the clock.
All videos are captured using high resolution cameras (Broadcast Quality). All our videos are shot in 16:9 anamorphic wide screen aspect ratio, to give you the full picture, just like the movies. We shoot using progressive settings on our cameras to give you a true film look. All videos play like a cinematic event. Below is an example of anamorphic wide screen 16:9 aspect ration verses 4:3 aspect ration.

This is an example from the film A Few Good Men. In this scene, Kaffee (Tom Cruise - center) is pressing his case against Colonel Jessep (Jack Nicholson - right). The widescreen image provides a fine example of how a film technique called "deep space" has been used to increase the dramatic tension in the scene. Notice that Kaffee (in the midground) is locked in a staring match with Jessep (foreground). Meanwhile, Ross (played by Kevin Bacon - background left) is objecting to Kaffee's argument. But in the full frame version, we lose Jessep completely, along with much of the tension.
After your wedding is captured, it is then edited with a wide range of effects, to enhance and bring out the true feelings of the moments as you lived them. No less than 48 hours of actual editing time goes into each and every wedding we produce. Sometimes depending on the event as much as 100 hrs of editing can go into a full day wedding shoot.
Once the editing is complete, we burn the footage to a Light scribe DVD. A photo of the bride and groom taken from one of the 650,000 frames or more that we shoot, is light scribed onto the face of the DVD Disk. This has that silk screen look. You will receive 3 DVD's. Special Folio Cases available.
We also offer wall frames for your DVD's. This is so you can display the DVD silk screened image of the bride and groom, behind glass, in what looks like a gold record case, seen in music studios. This ensures that your DVD's are not out of site out of mind, and are displayed on the wall as a conversation piece, even when your not watching it on the Big Screen.
All edited package DVD's are chaptered. This means when the dvd is placed into the player you can choose the scenes you want to watch or just hit play and watch the entire event.
We guarantee that you will be completely in awe after the lights go down and you sit back and just hit play to remember that special day that is now encapsulated forever on DVD.
Behind the Scenes Video Productions retains back up videos of all wedding videos we produce, so there is never a need for concern if something happens to your DVD. Just contact us and we will remedy the problem.

Pre ceremony coverage offered as a courtsey of Behind the Scenes Video Productions. We may be flexible for special preparation needs prior to the ceremony. Just ask us.

*Ask us about Skype Weddings. This allows friends and family who could not attend your special day to view your wedding live, no matter where they are in the world. When the ceremony is over the bride and groom will walk over to our special booth and have a live conversation with grandma or grandpa in Italy, Spain, Mexico, Canada etc. All being captured live on video. Add $100 dollars to any package if you need this priceless service. Behind the Scenes Video Productions will refund the $100 dollars if there are any problems with the live feed during it's broadcast.
